2025 Sibling Scholarship Application
Eligible students may apply for a one-time scholarship award of $2,000.00
Qualifications
High School Senior
Planning to attend full-time at a Title IV-eligible postsecondary institution (almost all community colleges and four-year public and private colleges/universities are Title IV-eligible)
OR attend a trade/vocational school.
Demonstrate academic achievement, and leadership in their school and/or community
Have a sibling with a diagnosed severe disability*.
High School GPA of 2.5 or better
*Scholarship winners may be asked to provide a doctor’s authorization of the sibling’s severe disability. We use the U.S. Census Bureau’s definition of a severe disability, which can be found on page 3 of the following link: Census Bureau Severe Disability
To be eligible, a student must meet the established criteria and submit all proper materials online no later than April 18, 2025. All Eligible high school students in Indiana and Illinois are encouraged to apply. Twice Blessed Rett Scholarship Foundation applicants must fill out and submit the form below, as well as email 2 letters of recommendation and a transcript approved by a counselor within 48 hours of completing the application to: twiceblessedrett@gmail.com
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
